ABC Screens — Dealer Agreement

1. Prices in the app are wholesale dealer pricing, valid 30 days and subject to change.
2. A deposit is required to start production. Custom-made items are non-refundable once production begins.
3. Measurements supplied by the dealer are the dealer's responsibility unless ABC Screens performs the measuring.
4. Balance is due at completion, before pickup or delivery. Delivery is $30 per address. Card payments carry a 2.9% processing fee.
5. The dealer is an independent business — not an employee or agent of ABC Screens — and sets their own retail price to their customers.
6. The dealer must provide a valid EIN and resale certificate and is responsible for their own sales tax and reporting.
7. The 10% referral is paid only on jobs ABC Screens completes and that are fully paid by the customer.
8. ABC Screens may update these terms; continued use of the app means acceptance.
